Refunds & Returns Policy

At Fieldr Sports, we are committed to transparent, reliable commercial transactions for sports infrastructure procurement. This policy operates in harmony with your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

1. Return Windows and Eligibility

• Standard Sports Equipment & Lighting: Eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and with all warranty tags intact.
• Custom-Cut Materials & Heavy Civil Aggregates: Custom-cut artificial turf rolls, shock-pads, pre-mixed acrylic court paint, and customised scoreboards are non-returnable unless received in a damaged, defective, or non-conforming state.
• Damaged on Arrival (DOA): Shortages or transit damages must be reported with photographic evidence within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

2. Return Initiation Process

To initiate a return:

• Navigate to your Order History and click “Request Return” on the relevant item; or
• Email our claims desk at support@fieldrsports.com with your Order ID, proof of delivery slip, and photos.

Fieldr Sports coordinates reverse pickup through verified logistics carriers for all approved return requests.

3. Refund Timelines and Modes of Settlement

Once the returned shipment is inspected and verified at the vendor facility (typically within 2 business days of receipt):

• UPI & Digital Wallets: Refund credited within 1 to 3 business days.
• Net Banking & Debit/Credit Cards: Refund credited within 5 to 7 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• B2B Commercial Accounts / Net-30 Invoices: Official GST Credit Note issued within 5 business days to adjust against upcoming billing cycles.

4. Turnkey Construction & On-Site Civil Services

Turnkey construction projects (court flooring, lighting poles, foundation sub-base) are governed by the bilateral Statement of Work (SOW) and milestone inspection sign-offs. Milestone payments are non-refundable once site stages are inspected and approved by the Buyer. Workmanship defects are rectified under the mandatory 12-month contractor warranty.

5. Marketplace Dispute Mediation

In the event of an unresolvable dispute between Buyer and Vendor regarding quality or specifications, Fieldr Sports conducts independent technical mediation and issues an escrow determination within ten (10) business days.
